I found a spider on my grape in the fruit cup. I would expect that you thoroughly check each fruit cup before serving them to customers. Now I'm left wondering if I can trust the mac and cheese and soups as well, along with the fruit cups.

What's the deal with the long wait for a mobile order? It's time to stop hiring teenagers who seem indifferent to customer service and start bringing on adults who take their jobs seriously. If the order is supposed to be ready by a certain time, it should actually be ready then.

I ordered a soup and sandwich, but the soup was cold and the so-called "new" chicken sandwich tasted like it had been made the day before. The kitchen staff seemed more interested in fooling around with each other than attending to my order. What happened to the good old Panera service?

Didn?t include utensils in mobile order when I put to include utensils. Had to wait in a long line just to return to my car with my food being cold. Better and faster service is needed

I absolutely loved the food at this restaurant! We ordered the "Family Feast," and right off the bat, I was impressed by the generous portion sizes and fair pricing. Everything was delicious—from the fresh salad to the amazing French baguette and the warm, succulent broccoli soup. We really enjoyed our meal and had a fantastic time!
