Feedback gevenI ordered a popular bowl and received terribly bad food after waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru. It seems like they prepared this bowl at noon and served it to me at 6pm. I will not be returning if this is the quality of food I get for my money.
I frequently visit this KFC and every time I have a fast and positive experience. The meals are always accurate and prepared quickly. The staff at the drive-thru are also very friendly.
All this food for right about $100.00.... they did forget to the gravy.
Went through drive through ordered 2 can dine for 10.99 and an extra breast. Got no breast and no Biscuits. Tried call store 4 times and they never answered. Would not recommend this store to anyone
Very disappointing based on two visits. I went through drive thru both times, with similar problems both time. First time very skimpy, half portions on sides. Mashed potatoes and french fries were barely half full. Got a very nice response fromfranchisee with a certificate, so I gave it another shot. Second visit: short on number of chicken pieces (10 vs 14 I ordered)and wrong side (cole slaw vs the fries I ordered). I give up. No one else was in line at the drive thru and there was oneperson in the store at 6:20 PM on a Sunday evening. It should not be this hard to get a basic order correct, especially becausethere are only six options for sides and I ordered three of the six.
