The service was outstanding! I ordered takeout for brunch, and the price per person was between R250 and R300.

Service has consistently been poor every time I’ve visited. I usually opt for takeout, especially for lunch, and the experience has not improved. The price per person falls between R50 and R100.

After a while, I stood up to address the issue with them, but they completely ignored me and continued their loud behavior. This lack of professionalism is damaging to your establishment, Mr. Owner. Their behavior was more akin to that of hooligans—shouting and screaming to the point where we couldn't hear each other. It’s unacceptable that customers should be treated this way, regardless of the location. Frustrated, we decided to leave without making a purchase. I can assure you that I will not be returning to your restaurant. I also plan to report this issue to KFC South Africa, as you are a franchise, and your staff's actions are tarnishing their reputation.
