My H wanted spicy, I wanted noodles. This place was the perfect compromise. The spicy remover was delicious, and we both surprisingly really enjoyed the lo mien that had a nice smokey quality. The servers were also enthusiastic. Negative... My H’s beef dish wasn’t so big (remembered us from an American tomato-based beef stew), and the owner wanted us $2 for extra sauce from the dumplings to the lure.
This is one of our places for good Chinese takeout. You have a good choice of dishes. The inside of the restaurant is tiny and full. Personal management is also a pain where guests and take-out customers are in the same queue to place orders and pickup food! Take me over 15 minutes to eat only during the busy times. We like the noodles, salt and pepper chicken and soups here. Quality is consistent and disappointed not:
I love Fu-Shing Cafe Food. I want to say that this Chinese food is one of the best. The only bad is the new administration, they calculate now for everything and the food is more expensive, also the co-owners especially their women are quite rude and do not treat customers like the other cashier lady using. They also treat their staff very badly and are always sour when they serve too much rice or something else. The food is good, the service of waiters is good, but cash especially the new ladies (owner) is the worst that this place could have. If you are lucky, Julio will take care of your table and bring the food, water, tea and a beautiful smile, make a completely different experience after you are crazy with the checkout. Yeah, yeah, that cash is the worst... I'm sorry, but since she started here, I stop as many times as I did before... just come once a week when she's there... Sad and bad combination for a place that has very good food!!
I have a love n hate relationship with Chinese food and restaurants. Some places have amazing food but not so good customer service and some places have good customer service but not so good food. So... I choose the food at this place. They accommodate as much as they can for dining in customers. I would say that their food at the restaurant vs carry out taste different for some reason, so if you're looking for the best taste, eat in. Their general Tso's chicken is off the chain, I prefer mine with fried rice. Same with chicken n eggplants and beef with hot peppers... finger licking!
