Ruth's Chris Steak House Bethesda

Food was fabulous, service impeccable, so sad the Bethesda location closed tonight 12/24/21. Luckily, all employees with whom we spoke are transferred to other Ruth's Chris locations.

Our last meal in this beautiful but close Ruth Chris Restaurant was so beautiful. It was through our surprising discovery that our favorite waiter Adrien had returned and was able to serve our table!

Sadly the most beautiful restaurant in the Washingtion area is closing. Love the food atmosphere and service. Always our go to place for really special occasions will be gone.

Food was very good. I had an 8 ounce steak and baked potato. The steak would melt in your mouth and the potato was cooked perfectly, but appeared to have come out to my table a little to late as it was closer to room temperature versus hot. The service was pretty lacking. Had a reservation at 5:45 and arrived at 5:40, but hostess didn't greet me until 5:47. I know I was early, but there weren't many people in the restaurant. A group of 8 came in behind me so we were all congregated in the front with the bartender not even acknowledging us to say someone would be with us. My waiter also had the party of 8 that came in so was very inattentive. Had to wait a while just to get a refill on my diet coke. Overall, service left a little to be desired, but the food was very good. Would recommend to everyone, but come with some patience.
