The Cheesecake Factory - Bethesda

The wait at this restaurant on Mother's Day was absolutely ridiculous. We arrived at 5:00 PM and weren't seated until 7:15 PM, and this was on a day when they weren't taking reservations. However, I have to say that the Korean chicken was quite satisfying, and my wife always finds the orange chicken to be consistently good.

Today, while I was at the Apple Store in Montgomery Mall with my son, we decided to have lunch at The Cheesecake Factory. We were informed the wait time would be about 25 minutes, but it turned out to be even shorter, which was fantastic. Our waitress, Tamya T., was exceptional, and the drink service was prompt as well. I loved everything about the experience, from the welcoming atmosphere to the attentiveness of the staff. My son and I had a wonderful afternoon, and we definitely plan to return. Thank you for the excellent service!

We all had a wonderful experience with our food! The service was excellent, and our waitress was not only beautiful but also incredibly welcoming. She ensured that we didn't miss anything throughout our meal. I was impressed that she managed to take all our orders without writing anything down, and everything was perfect—nothing was forgotten, and she asked all the right questions. The restaurant was quite busy even on a Thursday evening, so we had to wait a little for our table, but once we were seated, the service was quick. The menu has a great variety, especially when it comes to cheesecake desserts! Plus, I absolutely love their brown bread...

The service was great! Our server was attentive, but not floating. It was like magic every time we needed her, she was there. The food was good, the Buffalo explosions were oily and rough. The shares were huge and the prices were reasonable. The special cocktails were basically all sugar and terrible, but worth a trip if you want your plate to be highly stacked with any fried food imaginable!
