The Cheesecake Factory - Bethesda

The Manager Bryan is unprofessional and indifferent and the Bethesda location is the worst I've seen at a CF the food is not fresh staff is rude and the last dish made me ill which is not going to be tolerated and will be addressed either in Court or by corporate office

Normally I'm satisfied w/my Cheesecake Factory Experience. However, I had recently ordered food from Cheesecake Factory via Door Dash everything arrived as expected. As I began to eat, I noticed shards of plastic in my food there were no broken off pieces of plastic from the container, nor any sign it came from the container. I could not identify anything it may have come from in the packaging so it must have happened before packaging or during it. It was quite disturbing as the shards were small and clear. I did not feel comfortable eating it.

Food was decent but the service at the bar was subpar. I had to ask three separate times for a refil on my drink and even then it seemed like I was asking for the world from the staff in that area ...

The food was excellent. Was not crowded and received excellent service

I really enjoyed my stay at this location, it was my first time trying Cheesecake Factory and the food was amazing and the service as well very kind server. Will definitely go again!
