Sbarro Restaurant - Bethlehem Center

The staff at this restaurant was very impolite. I wanted to leave, but my toddler insisted on having pizza, so I had to purchase it. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I went to order some pasta at this restaurant and ended up receiving attitude from a man named Sahadat. He told me no, rushed me to make a decision even though there was no one else in line, and then overcharged me for my order. I ordered the 2-slice combo with a drink, but was charged more than the menu stated, plus tax, totaling around $13. When I asked politely about the upcharge, I was initially told it was just tax. However, upon further inspection, I noticed I was actually charged for the drink that was supposed to be included in the combo. When I confronted Sahadat about this, he then told me they ran out of regular cups and had to charge me for a large cup. He made it seem like it was my fault that they ran out of cups. I would have been understanding of the situation had I been informed beforehand, rather than being lied to and treated rudely throughout the interaction.
