It's Just Wings - Bethpage

I recently ordered wings for the Super Bowl and tried this place in Boynton Beach, FL for the first time. I opted for the Garlic Parmesan and Mild flavors, but after just two wings each, we couldn't continue. They were honestly the worst wings we've ever had, and we ended up throwing them away. If wings are your main offering, I truly don’t understand how this restaurant manages to stay in business.

Terrible experience. Our order came with just plain wings and a small container of sauce on the side.

I arrived early and noticed two other customers who came after me and received their curbside orders promptly. I assumed I would be next, but after waiting 17 minutes past my order's scheduled pickup time, I decided to go inside. To my disappointment, I found my order just sitting on the shelf, losing its crispiness and quality. When I spoke to the manager, she informed me that I needed to check in. I explained that there was no option available to do that. The staff also mentioned they had no way to track customers who shared their location, which is quite concerning. On a positive note, the bone-in wings were delicious, featuring great flavors and high-quality meat, and they were cooked perfectly. However, the front-of-house service did not match the efficiency advertised on your signage. Everything suggests that customers should relax and wait for their orders to be delivered, yet there are no clear instructions on how to check in or seek assistance. The misleading information regarding the pickup process could be significantly improved. While the food itself was fantastic, the delivery experience was not seamless. The bone-in wings were very dry and completely lacked juiciness. I ordered the garlic Parmesan flavor, but it hardly tasted like they were even coated in any sauce. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

There were barely any fries, and the few that I got were rock hard. The chicken was cold too. Don’t repeat my mistake.
