Go to water front deli! Heck even Jimmy John's,or jersey Mike's if you have the wallet for it!

Placed online order, received email verification and all. when i showed up, i was told their computer system didn’t receive it, so i was informed they couldn’t make the sub i paid for ahead of time. despite my email proof it was “against their policy” to make the sandwich then and there. there was no manager on site either to refund me so i never got my money back. be wary of paying ahead.

Have been trying to call the store for 30 minutes with no answer. The phone rings and rings. We have ordered 2 times now and the first time the food was wrong. Subways arent that busy anymore so there should be no reason no one can answer the phone.

I used the app to skip the line , however, when I arrived at the assigned time, they had not even started the order I had already paid for. I watched them make several people 's orders while I stood and waited for them to complete mine. They offered me a free drink for the wait.
