Cold Creek Inn - Beulah

We found Cold Creek Inn as a last minute booking while we were driving around Lake Michigan looking at fall colors. While the room was smaller that we were expecting (it's about 100 sq ft total , it was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm and very comfortable. My husband said he'd be willing to buy the mattress because it was the best night sleep that he had in a long time! I know it was a Serta Perfect Sleeper but I don't know what the level of firmness was. (Please tell me if you know! The bathroom was spotless and I could still smell a hint of bleach. This is better than 90% of the hotels we stay in. We didn't hear any noise from the bar/restaurant below. I don't know if it was because of good insulation between the floors or we were just that tired. We wished we had not ate before we arrived because the food in the bar/restaurant looked and smelled delicious. Thanks for a comfortable last minute stay!!

Great experience at Cold Creek! The people are friendly, the food is sensational, and the ambiance is so welcoming! Highly recommend if you're spending time near the coast
