Feedback gevenEverything from the food to the gracious service was exceptional. The server, we later discovered, was the owner, Jennifer. What a talented, hardworking, and exceptional. person. We had the funghi pasta special, pork belly Porchetta, and rocket tomato salad. The pasta was cooked al dente, and the funghi was well.seasoned The Porchetta was absolutely mouthwatering. Tender with the crispiest skin. Rocket tomatoes so fresh and lightly seasoned. We hope to return one day soon.
We ate a phenomenal lunch here, after Jennifer took us on an informative and fun tour of Bevagna. From tour guide to chef, Jennifer was extraordinary. The olive oil extraction tour and the chickpeas served with corn tortillas were highlights. Highly recommend a visit to this restaurant.
The best way to describe dining here is “inventive, delicious to the point that it tickles your taste buds, charming with a relaxed ambiance.” I’m not sure how Chef Jennifer puts out all of her food in that tiny kitchen but manage she does. Personale molto cordiale, vini locali offerti con eleganza e competenza dal gestore. Il cibo è semplicemente fantastico. Il miglior club dell'Umbria. Senza dubbio, torneremo presto.
