Papa John's Pizza - Beverly Hilla

This Papa John's is definitely the place to go! The pizza is fantastic and consistently fresh. The customer service is excellent, and I always have a wonderful experience when I order from there.

I had the worst experience at Papa John's. The pizza had very few toppings—definitely needed more than three pieces of sausage per slice. The cheese barely stayed on the pizza, as if it were in a tussle with the sauce. The dipping sauce was thick and paste-like, and now my whole family feels unwell after eating. Even the dogs refused to eat it. I strongly recommend staying away from this place. I can’t imagine even a tipsy Papa John would be proud of how terrible this pizza was. This has completely cured me of any pizza cravings for a long time to come.

The service here is always polite, quick, and friendly. It's an excellent spot for a quick lunch, especially with their summer special of two slices of pizza and a drink for just $5.00.

Terrible pizza! It arrived cold, and the delivery driver took an hour and a half. He didn’t seem to think that was a long wait! When I called to ask about it, they said it should have been hot. Yeah, right!

I was on hold for more than 10 minutes, so I decided to hang up and call back. When I reached someone, they seemed quite impatient. As for the food, it was just mediocre.
