Dunkin' - Beverly

We stop here before going on a road trip.I get the GlutenFree bacon,egg,cheese sandwich .They usually give me two eggs, but not the last couple times I 've gone.So the cheese sticks to the paper container instead of the eggs.That 's not fun to eat. I drink alot of iced tea,so I usually order an unsweetened iced tea, but lately it 's not been very good.

They got our drink order right the first time. 5 stars

It was busy this Saturday morning. The staff kept up and seemed to handle the crowd well. Not too happy with their limited selection of donuts. There were lots of donuts just not great variety. No blueberry or French cruller? I wasn?t the only personasking for them.

The people here are extremely nice but also extremely forgetful in what they are supposed to make. i understand some days are busy but come on i ordered a simple sandwich, grilled cheese with bacon toasted, it wasn?t toasted at all it was just the break,cheese was barley melted, and NO BACON!! everytime i want this sandwich i say bacon bc personally i like it better like that.and when they don?t put the bacon on but still charge me for it it gets old pretty fast. one of 2 times sure whatever. but thishappens all the time. TW i have an ed so when i finally wanna eat somthing and i get it and it?s not even what i wanted idon?t end up eating it. ik it?s a dumb thing but it?s not that hard to make what ppl ask for. it?s your job.

My friend and I made a trip to Dunkin this morning for a coffee break. We have carried out two separate transactions in a car that could be overwhelming, but the cashier treat it patiently clarifying every order. There was a special offer through the DD Perks to get a free medium of coffee with a purchase today. My friends app decided to log in as soon as we reached Dunkin' and the Internet did not allow to come back. The cashier named Kathy, whom I think the shift manager was sooo friendly for us when we moved into the window. She could scan something so my friend could get the free drink without using her app! As college students, we appreciate saving every penny that we can especially on coffee, and I could not thank for such a wonderful costume service my friend and I got on this Dunkin' Donut's location! Very recommended!
