Subway - Beverly

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, however, they have removed the chopped salads from the menu.

I found a blue hair in my sandwich! One of the employees, Erica, who wasn't wearing a hat, brought out a salad for my sandwich and what color do you think her hair was? Blue!

I called to inquire about ordering large subs for a party on Sunday. I was informed that they no longer offer large subs, only party trays. I called the Marietta location and they were very accommodating with my request. It was disappointing that my local Subway in Beverly couldn't assist me.

I went to this restaurant on a Saturday around 7 pm and they were closed already! It's so frustrating that their hours never seem to match up. Every time I try to get food from there, they are always closed. I guess I'll have to spend my money somewhere else!

This restaurant has improved significantly in the last few months. I'm not sure if there's new management or what, but the atmosphere is now much more welcoming than it was before.
