The Grill - Bexley

I ordered from this restaurant on Deliveroo and unfortunately had a long wait time. When I tried to contact them, I was put on hold and given the option to leave a message. By the time my food arrived, it was cold. I could have likely gone grocery shopping and cooked a meal faster myself.

I ordered a meal from this restaurant in an attempt to have something healthier. I opted for the Mixed Shish with rice and a Greek Salad. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my meal. The Greek salad, which cost £4.50 for a small portion, consisted of lettuce (some of it brown), onions, tomatoes, feta, and 3 olives. There was no olive oil as advertised, making the salad dry and flavorless. The rice, for which they charged an additional £1.25 in the Mixed Shish meal, was simply microwavable rice. The meat in the dish was overcooked, tough, and inedible. In fact, even my cat wouldn't eat it. Overall, I was so disappointed with my meal that I wanted a refund, although I knew that was unlikely. The restaurant may have offered me another meal for free, but I would prefer to go hungry than eat their food again. To make matters worse, this subpar meal cost me a whopping £15.

Ten minutes later, I tried calling the restaurant again but no one answered. Feeling frustrated and unsure of what was happening, I decided to order from another restaurant. To my surprise, the original order arrived at 9:09 pm, after which I was lucky enough to cancel the second order. Unfortunately, the food was barely warm when it arrived. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication from the restaurant.

Absolute disgrace food was ordered 2 hours ago and it's still not been received by us. We have called and spoken to an imbecile whom informed us that the food was just leaving and should arrive within 15 mins due to traffic, there is no traffic......... well that was 45 mins ago and it's still not arrived, shove your kebabs up your ar where the sun don't shine with your sh@t reviews

Exceeded expectations. Tasty Mediterranean food, and they do ice cream. And the food was delivered as per originally quoted time, not 15minutes later as expected.
