Feedback gevenThis little 4-star hotel with 5 star service is an absolute gem. The service is second to none, thanks to the brilliance of the owner, Zeynep, and her team, Engin and Salim. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order for us, from arranging transfers to providing recommendations. Huseyin in the rooftop bar was also a superstar. He could make anything we wanted, and he did it with a smile. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. P.S. Be sure to try the little cafe next door. It's another little gem.
A great experience staying here for 4 nights. The staff here is amazing. Upgraded our room free of charge for the last 2 days of the stay. Zeynep is a ray of sunshine every morning at breakfast, makes sure everything is ok with your stay and gives the best recommendations. Shout out to Salim for arranging transportation and being so kind ! Oh and the barman was also great. I'll be recommending this place for sure!
First thing first, the service at the hotel is excellent! The rooms are always clean and tidy . The location of the hotel is excellent and close to everything within walking distance. The hotel manager is always attentive, helpful and is simply an integral part of the place. On the sixth floor there is a restaurant and a bar, it's just nice to sit there at any hour
A very good hotel with a prime location. You 're not going to find much better in this price range. Rooms with a modern interior and on top very clean. We had the room on the ground floor and when inserting the room card there was a buzzing sound. Quite irritating when sleeping but this was solved immediately the next day! Overal friendly and professional staff. Couple of cons where the first one caused a bitter aftertaste. If you offer a welcome drink, be clear. The way you communicate it now and then charge a disproportionate price, it comes across as 'scammy '. The discussion on top of this by one of the staff members is completely unnecessary. The manager 's apology was correct and hopefully they will do something with this. Quite funny but common with us Turkish people. Stop being overfriendly to foreign tourists. No need for 2 people to stand impatiently ready to fill someone 's tea mug if that is not standard service for everyone. This comes across very unnatural and wrong with Turkish people. Take these comments as tips.. Overal we had a good experience.
If u come across this hotel , just book it . Rooms are small in size but kept very very clean and professionally run . Big shower area with hot water . Location is just the best . You can just walk 100 mtrs and u will find restaurants cafes open till late at night. U should atleast stay 2 nights at galata to get a feel of this beautiful area . It’s less noisy than Taxim. More classy places this side such as jazz clubs , wine places compared to Taxim which is more commercial . Kindly book the hotel with the breakfast and you will thank me later . It’s just slightly higher price but huge spread.. check out photos. Host is a nice sweet lady who makes it a point to talk to every customer in the morning to check and get feedback . I had a slight problem in my room where we couldn’t figure out how to switch on the air conditioner and it was quite hot . I had come late at night so even the guy working there did not know. Next day I told the owner lady and she was extremely apologetic on the issue and said she will ensure her staff our trained better . Overall Location 10/10 Service 10/10 Room 8/10 Overall 9/10
