Hôtel Le Relais - Bèze

Hello, even if the setting and the welcome were pleasant, I expected an optimal quality for the dish of the day: a 3/4 steack full of nerves and a pear pie badly cooked ended up disappointing and spoiling my lunch. The room staff was warned, but no commercial gesture was proposed (except for a second steack?! . Great disappointment while the restaurant offer on Bèze and the surrounding area is not the most complete. A little light in terms of realization especially if you are in the profession of restoration. The restaurant is well opened this December 30, 2022 despite the owner's response. See the photo of the note added on 30/12/2022. The owner changed his answer and allows himself to say that conviviality was not put. There is no discomfort to deceive you of the poor quality of the service and to return the fault to the customer.
