And I don't regret it, indeed it's one of the best restaurant that serves Asian food that I've visited so far. I leave you in pictures the entrance and the dish that I took, in the entrance I took a phô succulent to the beef it seems to me, and in the dish I had a beef board in the Hong Kong sauce. Both were extremely good I wouldn't know how to describe, even I who don't especially like coriander I managed to finish my bowl of phô. As far as the service was concerned, it was extremely pleasant that we were greeted with the smile, and that to continue throughout the service. I highly recommend this restaurant
The owner is funny and friendly but the food is of the Americanized Chinese kind which used to be the norm back in the 70's. Steamed dumplings all stuck together and served with commercial Hoisin sauce, the so-called Vietnamese salad is basically just Coleslaw with a sort of thousand Island dressing, the spicy pig bits were tough as leather and not very spicy and finally the curry squid wasn't bad but asking for spicy resulted in the chef pouring too much curry powder in the mix so not spicy but grainy and we couldn't taste As to all those positive reviews, well the French are experts at THEIR cuisine but mostly clueless about ethnic cuisine especially in the provinces. Bo bun excellent! Fritures too! And he's always smiling and loving!! Never disappointed
The manager is very friendly, the menus of the noon are quite different, to redo by choosing dishes à la carte.
It spanked several years that I had not come to eat. And I don't regret having my husband discovered this restaurant. Always as good and welcome Always as friendly. See you soon
