Charleys Cheesesteaks - Bharatpur

I'm a big cheese steak fan. These are the best in town since Tunis closed.

These guys know what they're doing. Great cheesesteaks, friendly staff that's always on-the-ball, and quick service. I've begun to make this my go-to place when I visit the mall. They've got a good thing going. If you know, you know.P.s. Try the cheesesteak with teriyaki. They usually offer the chicken with teriyaki, but you can ask for it on the beef, and wow! It's stupid tasty. And if you ask for it, the staff is always excited to go the extra mile for someone in-the-know.Parking: Mall parking is actually pretty decent these days, and Charley's is a short few places from the food court entrance.

Came in today at 6 PM. The staff was lovely. In particular the cashier was very nice with the lady in front of me that did not speak English. Instead of getting frustrated, she helped her and the lady was very grateful with her and told her husband to leave a tip since the cashier was lovely. After taking the time to help her order the line was backed up and she opened the second cash register and started working two at the same time. Everyone else seemed to get along and worked as a team. Nice to see this at a Charley’s.

Philly Cheesesteaks are delicious. My only suggestion is to get there early or late b/c they are very popular at lunchtime.

I was there like 4hrs ago, we saw roaches on the counters. I told the one preparing my food that theres a roach and she said its ok . Like its not ok, when they gave me my fries, one roach came out crawling. Then my husband asked for a new batch but when I received it, more roaches came out crawling on the counters. I loved that place but after the roaches, that will be my last time eating there. Truly disgusting.
