Chen's has changed. It has a new interior look, new employees, new menu items, more seafood options, large delicious single-person meals. On lot parking, 2 customer restrooms, clean inside. Downside: parking lot needs paved has potholes that could be dangerous. Drive-thru window. Eat-in. Delivery via local services. Pick-up in 10-15 min. The guys inside talk fast sometimes, but they cool and friendly. Ordered two half pounds of crab and they were actually stingy with a half of potato and corn. Its not worded clearly you have to buy a full pound in order to get them. I spent 31 bucks. If yall really wanna be stingy over sides youre gonna fail. Just go to mr and ms crab.

I will say I like spicy and the food itself was great, but if the service is this awful at the window, I 'd hate to see what goes on in the kitchen!!! Let me explain.On my lunch break, I thought I 'd do something different. I shouldn 't have. First of all, they had a paper menu taped to the menu board at the drive thru, it was unreadable due to the rain. Then, I seen a sign that said to call the store to order. I did. The man answers, What do you want? I order the clam lunch, because that 's all I could make out on the menu, in garlic butter. So, I pay, was handed a bag, and window closed in two seconds flat. I pull over to eat in their parking lot. I was given a stew like meal, Cajun style, in a clear bag that 's tied in a knot. Ok, I tried to accept that this is how they serve their food, I have to make do, but how the heck am I to eat with no utensils? By the time I figure out I have to eat with my fingers and do my best to keep the soup from getting all over my car, a couple bites in, after burning myself, THERE ARE NO NAPKINS!!!!
