Feedback gevenI went out of my way to go to Firehouse. Arrived and they had no gluten-free bread. This has happened quite a bit lately. They have the best gluten-free bread. if they have it) please note, I have celiac. Our options are limited. Sad to see this one unavailable.
40 minute wait for a sub, will not be back. Employees move like snails and the place was not that busy. It was dirty also.
Boycott firehouse subs! They refuse to take orders. Go to Dave's NY Deli. It's better food and a human takes your order without complaint! Amazing! An employee got uppity because I refused to use the kiosk to order my food. I had to remind him I don't work here. It's great for those who want to use it, but do not force it on me. Edit: it's been a couple months. I decided to try again. Same issue. I was told using the kiosk is the only way to order at this location. Changing my review to one star and boycotting this location.
Wow. I actually enjoy Firehouse Subs, which is why it PAINS me so greatly to have my hand forced in writing this poor review. The incident actually occurred a few months ago. All was well and I was enjoying my sub until the lady with the weird eyebrows felt the need to interject herself and treat me, a PAYING customer with unacceptable disrespect. WOW. I will never be eating at this location again, which is saying a lot because Firehouse Subs is probably my favorite fast food. My trust has been broken.
It took over 35 minutes to get our food. The service was incredibly slow and it appeared the employees were having an issue of working together. Tables were dirty with food crumbs and other trash while other tables had boxes stored on them from the truck being delivered. Broken down boxes littered the back of the store making those tables unusable. Food was mediocre at best. Made very sloppy, not made as requested and the hot sandwich was cold. Customers who came in after us were told it would be 50-60 minute wait for food.
