Krystal - Bharatpur

Please do not come this restaurant at night customer service is horrible. They make you wait a long time in the drive thru and still haven’t even got your order. Go to the window to place an order and still make you wait a long time. Ask for a refund and manager is not properly trained on how to refund a person money. I paid in cash and is couldn’t do a cash refund. Had to call the store manager only to be told to come to the store the next day for a cash refund. I will never eat at Krystal again. They basically make you wait on your food and when you complain they can’t even give your money.

I came to this krystal’s around 11:15 and I was planning on going through the drive thru. I got up to where you order and the man said what do you want or something in that order) . Everything seems okay and then I place my order and I get no response. I keep waiting for about 5 mins still no response. I drive to the window and nobody is in there. So i’m waiting and I peak thru the other window and I see 2 men hiding in the back and not doing anything. When they saw my car they went and hid in the back to where I could not see them. I did not end up being able to get anything because of the hiding .Very disappointing.

Our experience was great as was the food. We drove thru and we enjoyed our food totally.

I'm sick and tired of spending my hard earned money on dog food. I got 5 krystal cheese and ever one of them Ice cold and bun hard as a rock.service was bad never will I go

The burgers were awesome. I like the new fries. Well new to me it's been a long time since I've eaten at Krystal. Definitely be back.
