Pollo Tropical - Bharatpur

Not a regular pollo tropical restaurant!It is in a college campus food court. Many menu items not available and they don't accept any offers, rewards, or discounts. Not a regular pollo tropical restaurant!Parking is scarce and you must pay for it as well. No regular chicken meals, mostly just tropichop bowls and sandwiches.

I love Pollo tropical but unfortunately it was moved off Archer road in Gainesville to some location inside the university I could not find it even with Google maps so I can't relate to you if it's any good there or not it was great while it was on Archer but I'll never go looking for it again tied me up in traffic for no reason and I couldn't find it not even so much as a sign once it said you're here I still couldn't see anything so I won't be going to Pollo tropical in Gainesville anymore I hope the balls will find it though enjoy it because I had enjoyed it when I found it on Archer road where it was accessible to people

It’s ok, but i’m a vegetarian so i would get the vegetarian bowl but i had no idea that the yellow rice had chicken broth until someone told me on like my 10th time ordering. that was somewhat my fault but the problem is when i switched to white rice, it’s always hard like uncooked or undercooked. it’s gross that i’m like crunching my rice. anyways, i get that it’s in a college student union, but if i’m spending my money there i want it to be a bit more edible. service is always great though

I would give 0 star! We waited for very long time, everyone who ordered behind us could get food before us. So, only Asian can’t get food? Ridiculous

Good food and price, but poor handling of peak hours if you see anyone waiting for their orders when you get in line, you'll be waiting 30 40 minutes for your own.
