Excellent dinner on a Saturday night of winter, in this little bistro with a contemporary and very friendly look. Beginning with a tartare of saint jacques with vanilla olive oil and a brilliantly poached foie gras, accompanied by a delicious basyon mousse (that it had to sauce up to the last drop . To follow, line merlu with perfect cooking on a bed of artichokes, and very tasty chicken medallion. To finish, an apple pie decomposed in fine tiles: sublime: Very good choice of glass wines in the region. A beautiful team busy in the open kitchen, very pleasant and smiling in the room. Bravo
A safe value! A former Michelin star at the Zoko Moko in St Jean de Luz , formed by Jean François Piège in Paris and Cousseau in Magesc, this young chef cooks with an unusual accuracy that can be found at Sin in Biarritz or at Kaiku, whose chef is a friend at St Jean de Luz. A goodness of cooking and taste. Very precise in his kitchen as all Michelin stars are! Here you will be a little tight in small tables because the room is of reduced size but the pleasure to taste the dishes served by a friendly room team will largely compensate for this discomfort. Perfect cooking, millimetre juice, top quality products. The scores obtained on Google, Tripadvisor and other platforms are largely justified. It is imperative to book. Nice wine list classified by price, 30, 40 and 50€. Count 70 to 80€ person depending on the choice of wine. Are reasonable if you consider that the majority of the neo restaurants in Biarritz charge 50 60€ and where you will eat very bad!!!
We had lunch with our two loulous. We have feasted, cooking was perfect, every ingredient tasted and precisely seasoned. All in a nice setting with a very well-kept open kitchen. The service is very attentive. Thanks again for this very good time. Les bretons du 56.
Excellent! This restaurant is really worth a visit. warm, small, so intimate. the kitchen is open and the chef speaks very easily with the guests, answers all questions and is very pleasant! all dishes are absolutely delicious and refined.
