Le Peak - Bidart

My husband and I both agree that these burgers are the best we've had in a long time, maybe ever. The meat is tender (my patty fell apart and it wasn't a bad thing), cooked perfectly (mine **** and my husband's medium), and obviously fresh....The bun was soft and perfectly toasted. Just the right amount of cheese, toppings, lettuce for a well-balanced taste. Juicy and drippy as a burger should be, but not overly messy. My husband had the Basque and I had the Authentique and we were both happy. Additionally the fries were also perfectly prepared and seasoned. We shared a tomato and mozzarella salad to start which was good but nothing special. We also shared chocolate cake with creme anglaise for dessert, and it was outstanding. We highly recommend Le Peak! p.s. there are some good looking plates on the menu also.

If you are looking for excellent burgers in Bidart go to Le Peak. Lovely burgers and desserts. Friendly staff. Easy to find, big car park, right opposite the beach.

Where do I begin, we were greeted by a girl who helped us well. she has taken our order, drinks, starter and the burgers. the order was brought by the (male) bar staff, he asked who had ordered the beer and the cocktail. He did...not listen to what is being said and just put the drink down on the table. At the moment the food is brought (burgers) by the same male person, we tried to make contact with him. because we have not had a starter. contact was difficult and he wanted to leave as quickly as possible. he even reacted a little arrogantly. he couldn't speak english, so we tried it in french and english that we had not received a starter. we have received the starter later. but with a burger we didn't need it anymore. we were asked why we did not eat it, hereby I indicated that it was a pre-order and it was not the intention that we had it with the main course, there was no response. unfortunately the delicious food did not make up for it with the poor staff. I prefer to give you star but the hamburger and fries make it three stars.

Hard to find a tastier burger, great spot to casual dinner after a day surfing. Highly recommend. The staff are really friendly.

Found this place by chance. If you want a really good burger then go there, although you can get other dishes. Really good, friendly, atmosphere and good service. You can see the chef cooking. Good parking as well.
