Rover Bagel - Biddeford

The restaurant specializes in small town bagels with a healthier ricotta-like cream cheese. I was expecting New York bagels with vegan cream cheese, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Next time, I will remember to adjust my expectations accordingly.

Many options here! I tried a bagel with the Chive Creme cheese and Tofu bacon on the side. all great! also got a vegan parfait and a latte. everything was great! warning that the cream cheese has a unique taste/textur, not like most vegan cream cheese, and the yogurt has this remarkable acid yoghurt taste, just a head up.

They can be made vegan after each of the bagel sandwiches and they are served with their delicious vegan cream cheese or tofu bacon. the vegan chocolate chip bananenbrot is so good! love rover!

The vegan cream cheeses are so delicious! light and almost ricotta-y. the salted kokoskaramel is really delicious in an icy latte. I did not try the Tofu-Bacon, but was glad to see that was an option!

The restaurant serves delicious dishes, with honey used in some of their preparations. I especially enjoyed the vegan fresh cheese.
