Feedback gevenIt is mandatory to return to Biella in the times when you can wander in the beautiful and wide pastry Coggiola; for us the maximum of goodness and energy is obtained from the coggiolini that concentrate the best of Piedmont specialties; then canestrelli and other types of sweets; courteous service and help for the choices of undisputed quality.
Our family has always appreciated for generations the quality and freshness of the products, in addition to the courtesy of this historic pastry shop. Since we moved we go at least once a year to buy some greasy (fine canestrelli, Coggiolini, praline, marron glacé and... everything else)! This Christmas, for the famous reasons, we could not go to Biella and we used the online service to buy for us and for some gift their delicious products. Also in this we were very satisfied!
Old pastries of great tradition but now it has definitely changed becoming in the average of pastries.
Customer fond of about thirty years (I don't have many more , between the fresh/dry pastry shop that I find irresistible I would like to list the fruit boats, chocolate mushrooms, cream cannoli, bignè with whiskey cream and zabaione, Alassio kisses, chocolate languages, liquor kisses, bicciolani.. For special occasions the classic (for me truffle, crusty fruit with almond paste, sacher, fruit meringue recipe Bianchi. Not to mention the canestrelli (the best of Biella and the rhum coggiolini, the pralines, the ice cream, the brioches, the pizzas and the salts.. I hope that the tradition is carried out for a long time because in Biella (and surroundings there are no equal. Obviously the quality you pay, you do not think to find the prices of a supermarket pastry shop!
One of the oldest pastries in Biella. Excellent fresh pastry, personally I find the Chantilly great.
