Ottimo ristorante cibo freschissimo personale gentile ed efficiente
My friend and I were there on Saturday to try it. I ordered a pasta with scallops, apfelessig and tomaten (fusilli con cappesante, aceto di mele e pomodorini) and ordered a pizza. the restaurant has only one room. divided into three sections and we were the only ones there for one. it was 12.45 (then came a group of Japanese people who filled one of the partitions and were served a set menu no other came for the rest of our lunch. the pizza came a few minutes after our order, but I waited another 8’ before I decided to stand up and ask what happened to my pasta, as my friend courteously decided to wait for my food before I started and his pizza had gone cold until then. the headdress looked very confused at me as if I had come up with a strange question and said: “Well, our pastas are freshly cooked!” I answered that I expected nothing else and he said: “That’s what they get when they order a pizza and a pasta!” I was shocked by his answer, so I said: “Of course, it would only make them coordinate better and send the pizza order a few minutes after the pasta order and we would have eaten at the same time. there are only two of us, not a party of 10 or 20’. then came my pasta and I let him sit and eat. the headwaiter was obviously not happy with my commentary, so he came right after our table to say: "I have been in this business for 30 years and they are not the one who will teach me how the things work!" I was confused again, but his persistence came to me, so I said I didn't intend to teach him anything, but if two people decide to go together into a restaurant, they would certainly like to eat together. he insisted that you cannot order pizza and pasta because the pizza comes from the pizza oven and the pasta comes from the kitchen. I asked if he spoke about two different restaurants, as we were all at the same place, but he continued to say that it was not her fault, but ours. I replied that the argument was absurd, as there were three complete pages of pizza selections from the 7-page menu. they can certainly not blame their customers for ordering the wrong food if they have made it available on them menu. the service was not the only problem. the pizza was only average and my pasta was another disappointment. Apart from being overcooked (which is not acceptable in a really Italian restaurant), the vinegar was too sharp and there were only two scallops in the pasta. on the other side there were about 10 clots that were not mentioned at all in the menu (which I asked to see if I had made a mistake order). I asked the head weaker if that was normal and said: “So we have always done this pasta” I answered: “Why don’t I call her with garnel instead of pasta with scallops? he answered with a smirk on his face and said that he could take it back into the kitchen, pick up the garnels and it only with the two scallops if I wanted, but I was taken back to answer even.
