El Pollo Loco - Big Bear Lake

Your new beef tacos were absolutely terrible. The beef was crispy and the tortilla in which it was wrapped was burned into a crack. A chicken stall should stick with chicken and take these things out of the menu. Could only be this place, but very disappointed. If they had returned, but we went through.

Terrible customer service. Corporate needs to have a word with this establishment. The manager who did not allow indoor seating nor drive-through. Was frustrated with me and my wife when we came in to order. Did not want us to get soda nor sit down. I got fed up and canceled our order and asked for a refund, and he said I was a waste of their time. I don't know how this place stays in business. They're too lazy to open the dining because they don't want to clean it. They're not even short staffs at all.

Really good service that was fast and the first El Pollo Loco where the breast wasn't super hard, charred, and dry. As tourists the only picture we took was of the giant piles of snow in the parking lot, but trust us, it was good food, too.

Some days the chickens taste juicy and well cooked and other days the chicken tastes dry and old. I'm not sure if my food is chilled and microwave. Every time I order large family dishes, I ask for extra guacamole sauce and half the time I like 3 sauces or big chicken flour. Are the employees doing this for purposes or what? I thought I was clear on extra guacamole sauce and tortillas, I'll pay extra, but give me extra dang.

Unfortunately, this place has lost its touch. We loved to come here, but last couple of times we experienced either rude customer service, missing items from our order, once we went there waste water from the man hole before driving through windows. It was Torcher who sat there waiting for our food. What we ended up losing our appetite and not even eating. sometimes they say their closed when really their journey through should be open until 8:00. Last time we were a week ago, we got all food poisoning. This will be the last time we ever go. We usually always went at night about 1 or 2 hours before closing, and feeding a family of 6 is very expensive, we are always friendly and patient and try to be simple customers.
