Starbucks - Big Bear Lake

This Starbucks is pretty standard, but I have to say that the service leaves much to be desired. You can stand there for five minutes and be glanced at 30 times by eight different employees without anyone actually offering to help or even acknowledging your presence. However, once they do notice you, they are genuinely nice and helpful.

I prefer the Starbucks inside Vons because it has a more relaxed atmosphere compared to other locations. They are consistently well-stocked and usually have my coffee or tea available. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love the Matcha Latte—it's my favorite! Service: 5/5

I've visited many Starbucks locations, but none get as busy as the one in Big Bear. During the winter, the cold weather drives people to seek out warm beverages. The staff at this Starbucks handles some of the iciest and most demanding customers in California, perhaps. Some weeks, the rush never lets up. While there are busy days at other locations, here it can go on for weeks without a break. Fortunately, despite the hustle and bustle, the service remains outstanding, and the team always maintains a positive attitude.
