Feedback gevenThe restaurant was closed before the posted hours, and there was a strong smell resembling a dead body outside. The closer you got to the door, the more intense the smell became.
I am not sure how this restaurant manages to stay open when every time I come in for a sandwich, the employee locks the door and hides in the back. It happened again today at 5pm, even though their website says they close at 8pm. This is the second time this has happened to me, the last time being at 2pm. I will not be attempting to eat here again.
The restaurant always seems to be out of certain items whenever I visit. On my most recent visit, they were out of the new foot-long cookies, churros, and pretzels. These are new items and should be well-stocked. I wasn't surprised that they were also out of meatballs, as this seems to be a common occurrence at this location. I can't even remember what else they were out of. It's frustrating that they never honor any of Subway's online deals, even when the app isn't working.
App wasn't letting us add items to our cart. So, we went inside and they wouldn't honor our order (specials). So, we were going to buy something anyway. Only for them to be out of some of the stuff we wanted. No mgr. to speak to. We just left. Don't recommend this particular Subway, sorry. Big FAT 0 from us.
Poor hygiene, tables dirty, EXTREMELY understocked. I'm not exaggerating at all when I say they had only three kinds of veggies, 2 different meats, and one bread type. And that was mid work week, at NOON.
