Taco Bell - Big Bear Lake

This is the best Taco Bell. I eat a lot of TB and I've been going to this one for over ten years. I figured it was probably time I gave them the credit that they're due! It really is a great TB, all things considered. The staff is always friendly enough, food is always to par, and they are generally very fast. The women that work breakfast are especially pleasant.

A couple of bad experiences have soured this location for me. First sign that I should stay away was getting a Crunchwrap that only had lettuce and sour cream. Guess I should have been more specific that I wanted meat and cheese? Most recently, I placed an online order on the app, showed up the the location and they told me they didn't have my order in their system. I showed them my receipt, the order number, their business address on the order and the money charged to my bank account and all I got was a shrug. Love the impeccable customer service.

Can't go into lobby. We already order on kiosks. Why can you not open lobby for customers that aren't in little vehicles.Management that decides to lock out customers so they don't have to work the lobby should be replaced. Simple put, You suck!
