On The Fly Espresso - Big Lake

The coffee is consistently excellent, and the staff is very friendly.

I was let down by my burnt white mocha. The barista didn’t give me a receipt to sign because there was another customer at the window, so I wasn’t able to leave a tip. Later, I received my receipt via email from Square and saw that she had tipped herself a dollar, which I believe is against the rules!

This evening, I had a strong craving for a white mocha, so I asked my husband to stop by and grab one on his way home from work. He went to On The Fly, and even though they had already closed and cleaned up for the day, they took the time to make him a coffee for me! They truly went above and beyond to ensure my husband came home with something special for his pregnant wife. We will definitely be coming back time and time again!

The staff took an unusually long time to prepare what I can confidently say was the worst frappuccino I have ever tasted.

The coffee here is amazing, the service is top-notch, and the baristas are exceptionally friendly. The owners are wonderful as well! I truly appreciate all your efforts. Keep up the fantastic work in the valley!
