We have a home on Big Pine Key, so I understand island time. This was our second time there and now I remember why we don’t go. Absolutely terrible. The service was unbelievably slow for breakfast. We waited over an hour after ordering. People arrived after us and were finished eating before we received our breakfast. The server said they broke an egg and had to cook another one, and 45 minutes later, when they finally brought breakfast, the eggs still were not done. The food is mediocre but the server could’ve put a little bit more effort into making our meal enjoyable. Skip this one, I’m surprised they are still in business.

We loved the food! We loved the servers! We ate there twice in one week. Since we've been back home, we are still craving the beans and rice bowl. And that fish Rueben!!!! Best in the Keys. One kid had the ribs and he was sooo happy. And the servers are fabulous. Had Christian the second visit and he is so sweet and charming. HIGHLY recommend.
