Jet's Pizza - Big Rapids

We order delivery from Jetts on Maple all the time. The staff over the phone always speak clearly and are efficient and cordial. The delivery person is also cordial and polite. We love the pizza, too!

One of my favorite locations. Pie is always fresh, hot, and ready when they say. The atmosphere is awesome. Always have smiles on their faces. Calvin has a great group of people here.

Very good pizza for a decent price. Right now if you text to order you save 15 percent on your order as well. I couldn't figure out how to order half and half through text to order though without it adding money to my order and it doesn't just accept anything you type. You must have to write it a certain way. Pizza is always ready on time. This is our main pizza place we order from. Street parking is right out front otherwise it's a walk from the back Parking lot.

Decided to get food to take home for my son to eat while I went out for dinner with my husband for my birthday. They screwed up the pizza so I called to ask if they could remake it they told me I could they could, but I would have to bring the old pizza back. I explained that it was my birthday and they said that they would not remake the pizza unless I brought the old ones back so I had to drive all the way back home, which was 15 miles to get the Pizza to drive it all the way back to get to drop it off to get the right pizza and my dinner plans were ruined and not no not really even an apology or whatever and it was an online order. I don't understand how you could screw up an online order and they knew that I had to drive that part and they didn't even seem to care, very disappointed

Always a nice time going here and great food if Sam is working. He makes great pizzas and salads. Thanks Sam, keep up the good work.
