Kfc - Big Stone Gap

LOVE ? me some KFC!!! ???????? Sometimes they forget what you ordered.

Tried the new crispy chicken sandwich with fries and I couldn't get a better one except for the weirdest tasting pickles which I removed and threw away. Each time I have tried anything from KFC it was delicious

I had a lengthy wait and my order was missing a biscuit. The fries and other items were also not fresh. The only redeeming part of the meal was my drink. I ended up spending around $33 on three combos.

After years of avoiding this restaurant, we decided to give it another shot. Upon our arrival, we noticed two customers already inside, seemingly waiting for quite some time. The staff prioritized drive-through orders and completely overlooked us for 15 minutes. When one of the employees finally acknowledged us and took our order, she informed us that we would have to wait 45 minutes for the chicken. I couldn't believe it; I confirmed that she meant 45 minutes, not 4 or 5. I could have cooked it at home faster than that! Naturally, we decided to leave after confirming the wait time. It's safe to say we will never return. I can't imagine how they manage to stay in business with such high prices and laughable customer service.

I was billed for extra sides that I hadn't ordered, and the cashier insisted otherwise. Furthermore, the chicken was awful; it tasted like it had been boiled ages ago.
