Spice Lounge - Biggleswade

Absolutely outstanding! We discovered this gem a few months ago. We went with the family. Then back again a few weeks later. Both times the food was second to none! The service is brilliant. They are all so friendly and welcoming! You wait a little longer for your food while dining in, but the wait is so worth it for the delicious and fresh food. I have left a review on Facebook regarding dining in. However my review today is for our first time take away order. Now normally take aways aren't as nice as the food served while dining in. Let me tell you it was just to the same highest standards. It was respectable wait of 1 hour (like he'd said over the phone) and I even rang them up after my meal to tell them how smashing it was. As rarely people ring up after a take away to tell them how lovely it was. After using many different Indians and never finding one so perfect all round, we certainly won't be using any other one.

A really nice restaurant. The dishes we had were full of flavour old favourites. Everyone was very friendly and service excellent. We are looking forward to trying the house specials next time.

I had a lovely visit to the restaurant. The intimate seating created a cozy atmosphere, which I appreciated. My starter was quite tasty. However, my main dish could have been improved with a bit more skill in the kitchen. The portion size was on the smaller side, too. On a positive note, the Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand was delightful. Overall, I would definitely consider returning for another visit.

I always have a great meal when I eat at Biggleswade. The staff are friendly and the food is excellent. If you enjoy Indian cuisine, you absolutely must try the spicy dishes!

It was a very busy night, and we had to wait, but it was definitely worth it. The service was good, although one person in our party received her naan after finishing her meal. Overall, I would certainly eat there again!
