Destination Cafe - Bilāspur

They have great ambience but the AC was off and the place was totally hot and was not able to stand there as well. Even if the guest is there they don't on the AC and staff was not trained. They don't attend the guest and continusly in their mobile whole time and that's the reason why we didn't ordered anything.

The service is very bad. They don't even serve food, even don't come to take order. The staff are very rude, and pass comments, price is also high. They charge for water also.

Worst cafe ever.! I want here with my friends.Chicken lollipop was the worst. They served us uncooked food Veg Manchurian was also not cooked properly. Overpriced food and low quality. Not authentic. Save your health and money.!

Pethatic place to visit, it is Destination to feel how bad service, poor food and misconduct in mgmt.can prevail in service industry. By the way if you haven't gone this place till now and reading reviews before going I suggest just go through the owner reply on customer negative feedback. It will show you the level of cruelty in the service.

I celebrate my birthday on 19th Feb it's a great place please give it a try u will love it so comfortable good music amazing snacks personally I love the food such a amazing place so good
