Cinnamon Coffelab Urban Food - Bilbao

The place is super cool and the menu had great choice but the service is quite disappointing. We got in at a moment in which most tables were already served and it wasn’t too busy anyway, I went to the counter to ask if we could sit by the window and I was told that they would come soon to get the order. 15 mins later I had to go to the counter to order and it seemed like it annoyed the guy even more when I was actually making them a favor. A really polite girl took the order and told me I could pay in cash but then the guy said we could only pay as a table and not individually and only at the end.. I mean, you forget about us, I make the effort of simplifying your life and you act annoyed?

What a disappointment of a place. The waitress is completely lost: we sat at a dirty table and had to remind her to clean it when she already wanted to put the coffee on it, there was no cutlery and no napkins provided, every single time we had to ask her something, we had to waive 20 times and she wouldn’t notice. Some tables were staying dirty for 20 minutes after the customers had left already. The coffees were simply not good, the food was ok. We took a granola bowl and a tostada with jamon. There are much better places for specialty coffee and nice brunches in Bilbao.

Great place for breakfast in Bilbao and good coffee. You can go in with your dog too! The staff speaks English. We recommend

Lovely place, but they only accept payment IN CASH. Make sure to have some on you before you go to avoid a runaround at the end.
