Feedback gevenIn every aspekt this dunkin fails consistently. they are very slow, I have caught in the line no one has been moving 30 40 minutes before they are not nice to them and mumble back a everything else without nice things at all and my order is wrong more paint than it is not. don't order hathbrowns they don't get. I don't blame the employees at all that this must be the result of a bad administration. I'll do a lot while the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, they are not, although we have never been anything but friendly to them.
Do you drive thru should be fast? drive them right thru and do not wait 30 minutes? they close this place. the employees are incompetent and probably only by bad training or lack of management. cars are on the road, very narrow drive thru without room. if dunkin knew how terrible this place was, they would have done something about it. what they need to do is to open this site a newer, which will clean up bigger and easy all. drive a few extra minutes and go to burlington!
The drive-thru service is a bit slow, and they did mess up our order once, but they corrected it afterward. I had the iced caramel macchiato with milk and a Boston cream donut, and both were enjoyable.
Worst pieces. the drive thru is a sweat and takes forever. they get consistently commanded wrong. I usually get ice-cold latte and her taste taste tastes terrible. I had to throw away many of this place. I live so close, so that always went for comfort, but I will never be back here again. low customer service. the owners of this situation must really reassess this place.
I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru with the redhead named Yavi. I've been a regular at this location, visiting daily, but she has never greeted us or offered any polite gestures like "hello," "please," or "thank you." On one occasion, we witnessed her yell at a customer to drive up despite the speaker being broken, and everyone having to wait for over 30 minutes. While this Dunkin' is the most convenient for me, I’m seriously considering going to a different one in the future. Our orders are often incorrect or slow, and when we ask her to double-check the bag or confirm if something is included, she acts annoyed, as though she isn't being paid to help us as customers. Additionally, she tends to mumble and avoids making eye contact, making communication quite difficult.
