Dunkin' - Billerica

The person working there seems incredibly unhappy and beaten down. *sarcasm* They clearly don’t enjoy their job, and it shows. There’s no friendly “good morning” or “have a great day,” even though it’s just 5 o’clock. They could definitely benefit from hiring someone better.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. After waiting in the drive-thru, I was informed that their credit card machine was down and that I would need to come inside. I asked the employee why she couldn't just walk the six feet to the terminal, and she said it was because she didn’t want to. I won't be returning, especially since there were two other employees just standing around.

Saturday at 15 o'clock. seven employees. 7! Another one next to me. 2 in the drive thru. it took 10 minutes to get 1 n cheese. many fool around. it is little work, and the girl that managed the register had the personality of a dead fly. I know it's hard to get good help, but all the women fire. the young were the only ones who actually worked.

Because the personal at this place has been nothing less than happy and friendly to me, I give them 5 stars (even if I ordered the tomaten hummus and when opening the box to eat it, discovered that the personal member who prepared it neglected to contain any tomato discs.

I have been in Texas the last 3 years, and Dunkin' Donuts doesn't exist down there. I had been craving a bacon egg and cheese on everything and med ice black for a while now. Let me tell ya, this dunks is the best in town. Bacons always cooked through, foods always quick, staff is always nice. Feels great to be back in Billerica and see a chain store like this one, still operate like a local ma pa shop that makes sure your order is right and delicious. I don't usually review fast food, but this place deserves the shout out
