Burger King - Billings

I recently visited the Drive-Thru with my friend, and we were excited to satisfy our hunger. We ordered a big Whopper with bacon, cheese, and a root beer, followed by another Whopper with bacon, cheese, and Sprite. They offered fresh cookies for every dollar spent, and I instinctively said yes. Our total came to around $26, but I only had $20 bills, so I gave them $40 and waited for my change. They informed us that the Whoppers would take a minute to prepare, so we pulled forward and waited. After about 8 minutes, they brought our food out. As we drove away, we thought everything was fine and that there were no mistakes, but I felt something was off and checked the bag. To my disbelief, the cookies were missing! It was a real disappointment, but we were too far away to go back, so we continued to our destination feeling sad.

Additionally, I noticed inconsistencies in my order; I had ordered extra toppings and cookies, but they were forgotten. There was also no ice for my drinks, and the table was dirty. I did see a staff member who was working hard, but overall, the service was lacking. The cashier was kind, which was a plus, but they really should be more honest with their customers. It seems like they have a lot of room for improvement.

Unfortunately, the fries were lukewarm, and the chicken sandwich appeared and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. While the servers were friendly, the overall quality of the meal did not meet my expectations.

The service was disappointing. It took 2 to 5 minutes for my order to be acknowledged, and even after that, my drinks never arrived. After sitting at the window for 5 minutes, I still had to wait without any updates. Overall, the service was terrible, and I believe they could do much better.

The food is decent, but the service is slow and not very friendly. It seems like there are never enough staff members to run this place efficiently. The fries were old and lukewarm, much like the rest of the food. Overall, I am dissatisfied. Food rating: 2/5.
