Panera Bread - Billings

Excellent broccoli cheese and chicken rice bread bowl soups!! Mac and cheese is really yummy too!

The last few times we've been here have been disappointing. The macaroni was pre-made and microwaved and chunky. (Looked like how leftovers do) The bread bowl of soup was literally 3 spoonfuls of soup! Not at that price it isn't. My teen daughter refused to eat the macaroni and ordered a salad. We waited 30 min for no one to bring it. She went to their counter and got her salad herself and brought it over.Also. Why is it always so darn cold in there?

I hate saying this since I happen to know the owners, but the service today wasnt that good at all, we ordered 4 large mac and cheese bowls, 3 were cold and one was burning hot, then I ordered a large charged lemonade, which the drive thru worker handed to me all weird and lost grip of it, causing it to fall into my car and burst open all over my clothing and interior. Drive thru worker was overall very rude to me and all my friends in my car. Had a bad expression on her face the whole time we were in the drive thru, terrible.

Don't order the Mac and cheese we ordered 4 and 3 were cold service was pretty bad and workers were rude

Everytime I have gone to this Panera, my order is wrong. This is the only one around for many miles so I've tried to give it a couple chances, but this latest trip the girl who was taking orders was one of the rudest, most impolite staff I have experienced coming here. This is on August 1st, around the late afternoon time frame.
