Plaza Arcade Grill - Billings

*Update: I've been spending more time here recently, and it has become our preferred spot for post-business meetings. The staff remains welcoming, the music is at a perfect volume, and there are plenty of seating options, making it a family-friendly environment.

What a surprise! We initially expected it to be just a revival of the former Bones restaurant, but this place has truly transformed. Our pizza was a bit overcooked, and the chef personally came out to apologize. We didn't even notice, but they offered to remake the pizza. The main takeaway is that they genuinely aim for excellence, and the staff is outstanding. The food is excellent, and I believe if they added a few more wing flavors, they could claim the title of the best wings in the city. The Chipotle Buffalo wings are fantastic!

Amazing Staff, Food and Service! Megan was our server and was an exceptional asset to the Plaza Arcade Bar and Grill! Her fun outgoing personality made our dinner on the fly a fun time and great experience. The menu was new and she asked us if she could tell us about anything about it. She listened as we were concerned to order anything besides appetizers as we had a short time frame to head to the show at the Metra so she made wonderful real food suggestions and promptly got our drinks and food to us timely. The food was hot and tasted good. The food is a bit pricey, but it was a good portion and felt it was fair. We were stuffed! The atmosphere is much improved!! Games and bathrooms were clean and well maintained not a lot out of order or non working games. I suggest you try this out and enjoy the clean environment staff. Even the cook came out and said hello along with the manager too. Both wanted to know how we liked our food and if we need anything. We told the manager how much we enjoyed Megan 's suggestions on the food and what a joy she was to chat with. They are trying hard and it shows thru. Good job! Customer service wasn 't the highest priority when we came into Bones in the past; we are certainly glad to see it is a priority now! We will definitely be back soon! It's alright. the food is passable, but the original owners (BONES) had food that blows plaza out of the water. it has good table service which makes up for the food, but still. and, on top of that their menu is only a fraction of what BONES had. the arcade is the only thing that improved from the new owners, seeing as it has most of the original games, and some atleast interesting new additions.

The restaurant has undergone a fresh management makeover, resulting in improved food safety and possibly slightly higher prices, but it's definitely worth it! If you're craving something from the old menu, the kitchen is happy to accommodate special requests. The customer service has seen the most significant enhancement! Both indoor and outdoor seating options are available. It's still the best spot for kids to enjoy a variety of arcade games while parents relax with great drinks and delicious food or join in on the fun! Pool tables and air hockey are also available!
