Wendy's - Billings

The service was good, but I had the worst hamburger I've ever had at Wendy's. It was as small as a slider and extremely dry. I also ordered a medium strawberry frosty, and it was quite unremarkable. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food.

We placed an order during our visit from out of town. The order was delivered with some items missing and a few extras added. On our second visit, we decided to eat inside, and everything was perfect this time.

I usually consider myself easygoing when it comes to food, and since I live nearby, I’ve given this restaurant several chances. However, this is now the fifth time I've received a lukewarm burger that has a tough, rubbery exterior and cold fries. My five-year-old, who is not picky at all, even refused to eat my burger because it was hard and cold. During my last visit, I returned to give them another opportunity to get it right, but the wait for my meal took so long that I ended up being late for work. I can’t afford to be late, so if you decide to eat here, just be prepared for cold, tough food and long waits.

They were extremely busy, but food came as I expected. No disappointments.
