Feedback gevenThe biggest waste of $12. The grilled chicken wrap HAD to have been left over from the previous day. Maybe 5 little specks of cheese and the lettuce so wilted it was mush. The paper bag probably had more flavor than the chicken. Come on guys, you can dobetter. At least the young ladies at the pickup area were pleasant, because this meal sure wasn't.
Worst chick-fil-a I've ever been to. The management is horrible. The team lead was very rude. It took 20 minutes to get drinks already ordered for inside pick up. There were only 2-3 employees actually working while the rest stood around chatting. Judgingfrom the other comments, this is the norm for this location. Apparently the owner/operator couldn't care less. I won't visitthis location again.
Employee talking to herself and cursing under her breath while cleaning tables was just kinda weird to me. Pretty sure I heard two employees talking about some workplace drama in front of guests. These aren?t a big deal, but they started taking the nextorder before giving me my drink and my order was bagged without a fork for my mac n cheese (I didn?t check if they had any atthe condiment area). I also forgot to ask for sauce, but they also didn?t ask me if I wanted any (both our faults Iguess). After they wipe down tables, they stay wet for at least 10 minutes. Which may be an issue if the store gets too busy.Also, sorry to snitch but the back area where the dining room person gets their cleaning supplies is where the employees checkthere phone. I have super low standards for customer service, at this place matched my standards, which I know wouldn?t be goodfor the general public. There is no official feedback system advertised for customers.
Love, love this location. There is young man that is always out there faithfully. I finally got his name. Eric is dedicated to Chick-fil-A and his craft. I naturally assumed he was a Manager because not only is he always there, but he keeps the carsmoving, and his professionalism speaks volumes. Thanks Eric!!! Make him a Manager...He deserves it!!!!! I love me some Chic-Fil-A but let me tell you. This location does not do customer service. I ordered a yogurt parfait no strawberries (because I?m allergic) but I wanted extra blueberry and I got a response we can?t do extra blueberries. I meanseriously. If I?m willing to pay for extra what does it hurt to throw 3 extra blueberries on there instead of the 5 or 6strawberries they put on there. ????. So needless to say I didn?t order my parfait but when my husband got his it came outwith 3 blueberries and literally 6 strawberries. I mean did those tiny blueberries really cost that much to substitute andagain I was WILLING to pay for the extra. Also we were traveling and they gave us no silverware so how were we supposed to eatour scrambled eggs and parfaits? I guess with our hands. Anyway if you have a special request this location probably won?t doit.
