We chanced upon this place serving a 3 course menu for 5 Azeri Mannat what a find it was. Exceptional service with amazing food , not to mention free local drink and Azeri tea with desert. It reminds me of beautiful upscale cafes on the streets of paris. There is free Wi-Fi and music . Its a must visit if you are in Baku...
