Amazing place for a drink. I went alone and was immediately greeted by everyone there. Bartender was great. Knowledge about drinks I can't talk, but he (steve) was friendly fast and helpful. A great place for regular and new males alike. A place to take your drink and smoke if you are so inclined and the prices are fair for the economy we live today. I recommend not only jb's I want back there. Small but generous.

Friendly bar, friendly encounter. From the 1st visit, people welcomed me as though they were known regularly for years. My usual drink, Christian Bros Brandy costs $3.00 a single, $1.50 less than bars in my neighborhood. If I'm hungry to go after a bite along w/my brew, I could do better elsewhere, MAYbe, because JB has run a menu specials that sometimes encourage regular . I would have tried chicken biscuit, but for other Sunday plans. I haven't taken a star because of a lack of 1/2 way of decent vegan salad, because JB's isn't that kind of facility. ... they have a terrace. I did not decide whether to take off a star when regular women are dressed / or everyone is dressed.

Great people and excellent food. Sports on TV. What is not to like
