The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. However, the staff seemed unaware of our reservation for that time, which was the last visit we made. It appears there is an issue with the OpenTable booking system.

The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is delightful. The staff is consistently friendly.

Dining at this restaurant is a wonderful experience; however, the slow and disorganized service is quite disappointing. We had made a reservation for 4:45 PM, but the top floor was closed, and the football game was playing on about six screens, which made it difficult to escape the noise. We ended up waiting until 6:10 PM to receive our food. Unfortunately, this was the second time we've encountered slow service, and it may very well be our last visit. It's a shame because the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

Great place, but really disappointing eating. loved, but not.
